WELCOME TO THE PBA'S HOUSE LEAGUE DIVISION
Positive feedback from players, parents, and coaches who participated last year is our very best advertisement so please let everyone know what a great time you had last year. The more members we have the more teams we can put together and what could be better than more teams???
For additional information on your child's Division simply go to the individual Division pages under the House League menu.
The House League Season begins in late May with Spring Training and Evaluations. Games begin in early June.

WE ALWAYS NEED ADDITIONAL VOLUNTEERS
Without your help we will not be able to carry out all of the programming and changes our members have indicated they would like to see for next year. If you have some time please email us. If everyone does a little, we can all benefit.
We are working to upgrade the training provided to our hard working Coaches. PBA sessions as well as NCCP clinics are available and we highly recommend that Coaches take advantage of the opportunities.
T-Ball will continue to practice for 30 minutes prior to each game. Learning to play is key to encouraging our players to keep on having fun.
There is more opportunity for our players to practice in the gyms during fall winter and early spring keeping themselves "in the game". Training depends on volunteers as well. We need people to run these programmes. Our coaches are the best and have volunteered their time over the past several; years for their divisions in the gym ... we're hoping this will continue as our player training is upgraded.
HELP KEEP OUR PROGRAMME MOVING FORWARD ... as we grow the need for volunteers increases!
We need YOU! Please contact vphouseleague@pickeringbaseball.ca if you can volunteer to help out at any level including;
- Coaching / Convening
- Monitoring or running indoor programming (no expertise required)
- Special events
COACHES
I would like to thank all of our FANTASTIC House League coaches ... you've OUTDONE yourselves this past season! Feedback from grateful parents and players was awesome. We hope you will be coaching again this year and encourage you to book a diamond for team practices. Borrow some equipment from the clubhouse at Brockridge and let your guys try hitting from the machine or throwing into a net. Coaches are welcome to book the batting cages (behind the clubhouse at Brockridge) anytime. Please contact equipmentmanager@pickeringbaseball.ca.
For next years season, if you would like some help at a practice and/or game let us know. If you can't make a game and need a replacement let us know, we will do our best to send in a back up. Training is key ... we hope to have an on field session for our coaches this season.

TEAM REQUEST CHANGES FOR UPCOMING SEASON (Play-with Requests)
Requests for coaches' children or any other specific team request should be directed to the Division Convenor or myself (vphouseleague@pickeringbaseball.ca). Player requests will be limited to ONE request per player and that player CANNOT be associated with any other player. Example: John must be with Fred, so neither John or Fred are allowed to be party to any other requests.
Coach requests are not allowed.
There will be a $25.00 fee charged to both parties to accomodate the request.
We will do our best to ensure that all requests are met but please understand that we do have to limit requests. Also, if you request your child play with another child, we must receive an email from that child's parents in order to approve the request and remember that ONLY two players can be involved in any request.
If your request has been approved but not accommodated when the official teams are made up following evaluations, please contact your Division Convenor or myself (vphouseleague@pickeringbaseball.ca) and we will do our best to make sure teams are adjusted.
Both parties must submit the request to ensure each are in agreement with the request. Please complete and submit the request via this link: Player Play With Request Form
